BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center shared the following details about the war:
“The occupiers were dealt heavy blows in the actions of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla to greet the Resurrection Day, which was held on August 15 with the Spirit of Breakthrough. In the actions carried out by the freedom guerrilla, 1 ATAK attack helicopter was shot down and 1 armored vehicle was destroyed. In these actions, 10 invaders were punished and 3 invaders were injured. At the same time, 1 scoop vehicle, 1 Skorsky type helicopter and 1 drone were also hit.
The invading Turkish army, which is helpless in the face of the actions developed under the leadership of our mobile teams, continues to add new war crimes. Within this framework, the Resistance Areas were bombed 42 times with tactical nuclear and chemical weapons, 12 times with warplanes, 15 times with attack helicopters and dozens of times with howitzers, mortars, tanks and heavy weapons.
The details of the actions taken and the attacks made are as follows;
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On August 2, an armored vehicle belonging to the invading Turkish soldiers on the move between Girê Maymun and Girê Sînek hills in Sirnex was effectively hit by our mobile YJA Star teams with sabotage tactics. While the armored vehicle was destroyed in the action carried out; 8 occupants in this vehicle were punished and 3 occupants were injured.
- In the statement we made on August 4, we shared the information that 1 attack helicopter that wanted to bomb the Girê FM Resistance Area was shot down by our YJA Star moving teams. It has been confirmed by our mobile teams that the Atak type attack helicopter, which caught fire after being hit, was later shot down.
- On 4 August, the Kanîmasi outpost of the invading Turkish state in Bashure Kurdistan was targeted and hit with heavy weapons by our mobile YJA Star teams.
- On August 4, at 17:00, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were shot by our forces with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- At 18:05 on August 4, the invaders who wanted to bombard the battle positions in the Girê FM Resistance Area with heavy weapons were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- During the night of 4 August, a Skorsky type helicopter that wanted to land on the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area was hit and hit by our forces, and these helicopters had to leave the area before they could land.
Within the framework of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign, in the Avaşîn region;
- On August 4, at 10:55, 1 digger vehicle, which tried to destroy the war tunnels in the Werxelê Resistance Area, was hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams. After the action, the invaders had to stop their attacks.
- On August 4, at 17:15, a drone flown over the Girê Werxelê Resistance Area was struck by our forces.
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- On August 4, at 18:00, the invaders in the Çemço Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our forces.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons;
- On 4 August, the invading Turkish army bombed the battle positions in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area with hand grenades and 3 times with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
- On 4 August, war tunnels in the Werxelê Resistance Area were bombed 30 times with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
- On 4 August, war tunnels in Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were bombed 6 times with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
- On 4 August, the battle positions in the Çemço Resistance Area were bombed 3 times with tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with heavy weapons, howitzers, helicopters and warplanes;
- On 4 August, drone activity was observed in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area.
- On 4 August, the Girê Zengil area in Garê and the Girê Amediyê, Sîda Resistance Areas were bombed 12 times with warplanes.
- On 4 August, Girê Cûdî, Girê FM and Kurojahro Resistance Areas were bombed 15 times with attack helicopters.
- On 4 August, Girê FM and Şikefta Birîndara Resistance Area were bombed with heavy weapons, howitzers, mortars and tanks. “
